I had just bought a VW from another dealership and the first day I had it, a warning light came on indicating that the engine had too much oil. That dealership couldn’t work me into their schedule to get it addressed but Jerome found a way to work me into their schedule Catonsville location on short notice. It made what started as a very negative experience into a very positive one. I really appreciated Jerome’s professionalism and can do attitude.
