Terrible service. Not rude but apathetic. I am a business owner and could never imagine treating customers, let alone other humans the way they treated me and other customers I witnessed. There was one younger man who was helpful but, Jenni and the older gentleman and the manager were so unhelpful. I had to call sales to even talk to someone from service.

It began with Sales Consultant Brendon Thomas. VERY professional and knowledgeable. He accommodated every question and request. He never pressured us and he never made us feel he had something better to do. We went in to test drive a Jetta and ended up buying a Tiguan. Usually buying a car is a dreaded experience, but Brendon and the entire Heritage VW staff made it smooth and painless. Managers, David and Scott were awesome too and I could see the leadership supported the consultants very well. Brendon's customer service EXCEEDED our expectations!
