Only wish that zero stars were an option. Truly the worst possible customer service experience I’ve ever had. The only positive part of our time in the dealership was leaving it. Actually the donut given to my 9 year old was very nice. The rest of it was awful. Was told my car (which was in for an oil leak) would take max 2 days to repair. It took 10 and we received ONE update via text the entire time it was there. My husband and I both tried calling and texting for updates and calls were not answered/voicemails not responded to. My husband ended up finally going into the dealership to get answers. (Meanwhile he stood next to a gentlemen in the same position trying to get an update on HIS car). Would never in this lifetime buy another car from this horribly run garbage can.
The sad part is that I don’t have a Time Machine and can’t buy my car somewhere (anywhere) else.

I had to drop the car 6 times to fix error on drive systems. There was little to no communication on the status of the car. They damaged my tires and rims when they finally fixed the car. I followed up with them on when they could fix the damage with no response till date. Horrible customer service and experience. I really need someone to respond and fix the damage.

I can't say enough great things about my experience at Heritage Volkswagen Catonsville, especially thanks to Anthony (Sales Manager) and Jordan (Sales Associate). From start to finish, they made the car-buying process incredibly smooth, respectful, and even enjoyable!
