Despite the challenge of my check engine light coming on the staff at VW ran multiple tests on different days, accommodated my schedule to make sure I could get the problem diagnosed and resolved. They were able to get me into a loaner much sooner than I was originally told & even when I showed frustration with the diagnostic process they remained patient and professional.

The service advisor never gave me updates as requested. VW had my car for 3 weeks working on warranty issues and I always had to reach out. It was extremely frustrating. I only got response when I elevated to the head of the service department.

My son was waiting with the car. They left him just sitting without communicating anything to him for 2 1/2 hours. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I stood at the front desk for 15 minutes while 2 employees were chatting away not paying attention to customers arriving. It took the attentive woman with red streaks in her hair to ask the other employees to help. The. The next day my car wouldn’t start because the battery died.

It took 4 1/2 hrs for a simple oil change. The most I have ever waited was 2 hrs. No updates and many others waiting just as long. Very disappointing
