I arrived at the appointed time and was served almost immediately. Service on the car started right away. Even some extra issues I had concerns about were addressed. I asked about how long it would take and was told about 2 to 2.5 hours so I decided to wait. The car was done within the time stated and there were no problems. Trish Fales was attentive and gave me complete information about the progress on the car. It was a very good experience.
