I'm removing 2 stars for the due to my experiences to-date with advisor # 2216245. The service visit started well, the primary reason for my visit were completed, but additional items leave quite a lot to be desired. Here are my specific issues: i. The service advisor seems to use his personal email account (gmail) for service correspondence. This means that there is no company oversight and a risk of personally identifiable information being collected or misused. ii. At the beginning of my service I explained that the front driver-side speaker was distorted and seemed to be damaged. He assured me that it would be looked at during the visit. Upon retrieval of the vehicle he explained that the technician couldn't identify a problem and that I would need to send a recording to prove the issue. Immediately upon starting the vehicle and listening to the audio the issue is obvious. I'm disapointed that my advisor made no effort to confirm the issue. iii. I made every effort to coordinate a shuttle pickup given family commitments. The advisor was mostly indifferent, ultimately I used a ride service with the expectation that he would submit an expense reimbursement after I provided him my receipt. I followed up several days later to inquire, he promised to follow-up to confirm, but has not. iv. I'm interested in purchasing a bike rack (Part Number: 3CN071105A) and had previously received a quote from the parts department. I requested that my advisor confirm the labor and installation cost as it makes sense to have this done when I return to have my valve seals repaired. Again - he promised to follow-up with the requested information, but has not.
