Jordan was very friendly, kind and made the time past by. Even though the process took forever, I was glad that it ended with me getting the car. Also, the finance person Deyiah, made the process quick.

Trish was knowledgeable, efficient, diligent, transparent, accommodation and kind from start to finish. She helped me sort out my needs and advocated with the parts department to confirm that my part had arrived and incorporated the installation while I was present for my service. She was personable and caring by ensuring she gave me real time updates via text and in-person about my vehicle and made me feel prepared for my long drive for the holidays. I have plenty of other examples of Trish's excellent customer service but I'm afraid I will run out of typing space! Wonderful employee and and even more fantastic person!

Appointment website was easy to use and the service consultant was courteous to me and others as well. The mechanic also showed what to do in the next service. Very good.
