Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful, but they scheduled me for an appointment and when I came in for that appointment, they told me I would have to reschedule because the tech who works on electric vehicles wouldn't be able to get to my vehicle. That was disappointing.

Service customer was good with Trish Ethan was very professional and polite but the squeaking noise on my brakes continued to be very loud and annoying and was not fixed .

After 3 trips to the dealership I still have a terrible vibration coming from the back wheels. The left rear tire has a large amount of weight stuck to it. I believ the rim is bent or the tires are bad.
