I was on-time for my appointment (7:30am on 1/10) and left my car.
I brought my car in for the door seal which was supposed to take about 4 hours. I asked whether any of the recalls could be addressed because bringing my car on a weekday is disruptive. The advisor told me it was unlikely that they could address both recalls as well as the door seal, but they would try. They also said they would call to let me know which items could be done or would need to wait for another time. I never received a call about the recalls or to tell me that the initial repair was delayed because the technician who was supposed to perform the work was unavailable.
I didn't receive a call about my car being ready, but I came after I was done with work (about 5pm) because I knew the service department closed at 7pm. After another hour and a half of waiting, I finally got my car, which disrupted my evening plans.

Jenni and the team was terrific. My first service since buying my Atlas and it went great. Just an oil change and inspection, however, I did have some questions about my infotainment system, which is a little glitchy. Jenni answered all my questions and was very pleasant to deal with. I was in and out of there in less than an hour, I think.
