Jeremy, my service consultant, was excellent. He explained everything that was to be and was done. He clearly was very familiar with my GTI.

Jeremy said that the service would take between 2-2:30 minutes and the service was completed in 1:45 hours. He asked if I wanted the car washed and vacuumed. He was very professional and walked me to my car when the service was complete, and asked if there was anything else he could help me with. Way to go, Jeremy!

After going to a different dealer for my 10k and 20k service and not having an issue resolve both times, Heritage diagnosed and fixed the issue right away. They also had great communication throughout the entire time. They will definitely be my goto for any future service.

I had scheduled an appointment for 9:30 that was suppose to take 1 hour. I had scheduled the appointment instead of a walk in appointment due to time restraints. I ended up waiting over 3 hrs for the oil change and first service to be completed. My car kept getting bumped back due to “walk in” appointment.
