It would be great if they could alter their inventory system so that they knew before I left my car if they could do the fix I brought it in for. Last time, and many times before then, they say to bring the car in for a recall, and only after they start working on the car they realize they don't have the part.

I have a question about my multi-point inspection…I had rear brakes replaced in March 2024. I am still blown away that I needed brakes after owning g my car for only 10 months. And now, 10 months later I need rear brakes and rotors again after replacing them March 2024. My car is just one huge DEFECT!!!
