I had the car planned to be in the shop for 6 weeks ahead of time specific to two recalls. AFTER dropping the car off, I was called to be informed that the materials needed were not in stock - you had 6 weeks to plan for this, as I did plan ahead. When I questioned the expectations of having the recall completed and asked for a manager to call me back, I heard nothing until I called the following day to find out the status. Only then was I informed that the work was completed. Evidently parts were available, but I was never informed. I also would point out that my car was parked an locked at 3pm, and yet at 5pm they 'only just had the paperwork and are processing it'. Better attention and contact to the customer is needed.

Having to figure out my appointment made on the same day was scheduled at Hertiage Mazda. The mix-up was resolved. I know it is customary to have spare tire placed back in its original location only to find it placed back in the trunk. I ended up replacing it myself two days later while at work. Not acceptable. I get it that work is busy and can be short staffed, new people, etc but still.......

Had been 6 days since delivery of my vehicle. i still don’t have a second car key and it’s not even ready. Also dealer has been contacting me for more info about my car but did not leave a voicemail or email me when I wasn’t able to answer the phone call. I was told the second key would be ready the same day I got my car. I was told a few days ago it was ready but now it’s not ready anymore for some reason.
