The service (replacing the battery) was accomplished quickly. My only disappointment is that the first appointment I could get was 8 days from the time that I called.

Everyone was friendly and super helpful. Our sales representative, Marco, was extremely knowledgeable. And the sales manager, Tavon, went above and beyond to help us achieve our monthly payment goal. Definitely the best sales experience I’ve had. I will be referring all my friends and family here!!

Although I had an appointment, I waited about 10 minutes to check in and 3 hours to receive an oil change. I would have given the visit 2 stars, but I gave it 3 because the service consultant was pleasant to work with; she apologized multiple times for the long wait and gave me a discount.

I received 5 star service. I left my car overnight and picked it up the next day. I was notified what was being done to my car and when it was ready to be picked up. Everything went smoothly.
