Overall worst experience at any car repair place I've ever been. It took 1/2 hr to check in for a scheduled appointment and then a 5 1/2 hr wait
for an oil change. They didn't even start on my car until I had been there 4 hrs, knowing I was waiting. There was pretty much chaos at the counter from the time I arrived until I left with no rhyme or reason to who was next in line. For quite some time there was no one at the counter at all, while people filled up the 4 ft area to check in. There seems to be a complete lack of organization or procedure, as well as, an obvious lack of mechanics to complete repairs. Would NEVER bring my car back again.

My initial service advisor was out on sick leave on the day I was supposed to pick up my car. I was promised that I would get my car back on Monday, but I probably wouldn't have if I didn't call into the Service Department on Monday to follow up. It would have been better if someone else followed up with me, but ultimately I got my car with the recall stuff addressed before I needed it to get to work on Tuesday.
