    The told me the initial problem was one thing. After I approved the repairs and paid for the service, then there was Another problem with my car that wasn’t noted at first. I feel like they were trying to see how many repairs they could get out of me without actually fixing my initial problem I came in for.

    I love getting help with service from Jeremy. He has been extremely helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.     I chose this rating because overall my experience was good. The associate who scheduled my service appointment was friendly and very helpful. My service advisor was friendly and checked me in with ease on the day of my drop off. The advisor asked if I would be waiting with my vehicle of dropping it off and I told him I was dropping off. Several hours went by without an update and I decided to drop in to pick up my vehicle. It was 4pm and my vehicle was not ready for pickup. The gentleman who assisted me didn’t provide an update other than informing me that my vehicle was not ready and the service department would not close until 7pm. Unfortunately, no one called me to ask me to pick up my vehicle and no one called to inform me that service was not complete and it would need to stay overnight. This created a major inconvenience for me as you can imagine. My service advisor called the next morning to apologize for the lack of communication and to provide an update on the vehicle.
