Not the car I asked for..degraded sound system (not the beats) car was poorly cleaned, & the low-balling on trade and not giving the 2k extra was grime.

I think it would be beneficial to have someone meet/greet customers as they pull into the drop off bay. I waited in my car for about 5min for it was my first time and was unsure of the procedure. I think walked inside and asked for help.

Of all the dealers I've dealt with in my life, volkswagen doesn't make you feel wanted. After you've purchased a vehicle all the love care seems to leave. Whenever I have had issues with my vehicle, and I call I tend to get people who seem as though I'm bothering them. Or the return calls never happen when a message is left or a return call is promised. This was my first VW and it will most likely be my last.

I want to thank Jenni Grap for the excellent service that she provided me on 3/31/25. I really appreciate her kindness and the way she took such good care of me. She greeted me the minute I walked in. She took into consideration the tight schedule I was on. She went above and beyond to make sure that my car was serviced and back to me within an hour. She was did a fantastic job !!!!! That was by far the best experience I’ve had at that dealership.
