    Windshield replaced by 3rd party vendor that damaged my vehicle...still have not received the touch-up paint for the damage that was caused....BTW, the glass was replaced in July and today is late September. Terrible communication from the dealership on this situation, not what I've experienced at the Heritage Subaru dealer.

    I like the service at the dealership. Shuttle dropped me off and picked me up when finished. I don't have to waste a lot of time sitting in the waiting area. My day was still productive. Service lady was very professional.

    Two stars are for the positive aspects: the stress-free process of scheduling an appointment online and the detailed report provided after the oil change and inspections. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing overall. The oil change alone took two hours, and the included car wash left more water marks and residue than before. Since the wash was part of the MileOne package I purchased with the vehicle, I’m beginning to regret having chosen that option. I am discouraged from recommending Heritage dealership to my network- let alone to my friends and family who own VW vehicles and may need maintenance or repairs from a professional service center.
