    Steve Peller was extremely accommodating in this purchase, even though he knew that we were not making a purchase when we initially visited the dealership. There was never any pressure or push to buy, and he was very accommodating in answering all of the questions we had about the Atlas Cross Sport we eventually purchased. The purchase process was extremely easy and quick (as far as auto purchases go). This is the third car we have purchased from a Heritage VW dealership and every experience has been excellent.

    Service manager was excellent. Kept me updated, explained the recall well and even had it ready early with the door handles replaced. That was something that I didn't expect. Had thought I would need to make another service appointment for that. Car was washed, too!

    I brought my car on March 30. I had to bring it back the next day due to the microphone in the car not working. My car received a service check and I was advised that a microphone had to be ordered. That was on April 6 and it’s now April 14. No one has followed up with me about the part and I am unable to speak with one. My car is a brand new 2025 Atlas. I received great service from Jordan or sold me my car he was great. All services there after haven’t been a good one. I am still awaiting a response about the part that was supposed to be ordered. This is a brand new car and I haven’t received any help.

    I was checked in right away, even though I arrived really early for my appointment. The process was explained clearly and all of my concerns were addressed. I was able to get a shuttle to and from work and it was just overall a very smooth and stress-free service visit. Thank you!
