    My initial appointment was postponed upon my arrival due to the fact that the Service Center was not prepared to address(factory recall) service. That being the situation a new appointment was scheduled. The new appointment was not coinvent but I wanted the recall to be addressed ASAP.

    the service advisor could not find my appointment from his computer, but he was able to fit me back in at a few minutes later. Something went wrong with the Service Appointment App. Also, the Car Wash machine was out of order and.could not be used on that morning. .

    I was satisfied with my recent visit and the customer service provided. My issues were addressed in a timely manner. I felt Jeremy provided information as accurately as possible with consistent updates and communication about my car’s status via text and calls. I used the complimentary shuttle option to be shuttled home while I waited at home which helped me manage my workday. After I checked out, I was escorted to my car and received a follow up text thanking me for choosing the dealership and inquiring about my experience. Very thoughtful! Thank you!
