I just always enjoy the exceptional service we get from Jenni whenever we drop our car off. Her customer service cannot be compared with another; my husband and I always wait patiently for her to attend to us rather than anyone one else. We (my husband and I) always have a smile on our face when we know she's on seat because we know she will take time to explain the service and what we should expect.

We bought our vehicle in dec of 2024 and was promised repairs, a second key fob, and roof racks but everytime we call someone says we will have someone follow up with you but no one ever does. Customer service here is nonexistent. It shouldn't take 5 months almost six now to follow up on something that should have alreadbeen fixed by now. We should have just left the vehicle at the dealership or bought a car elsewhere.
