I dropped my car off in the morning for an oil change. I had to call multiple times to see if it was ready to be picked up. It wasn’t ready until close to 7pm. I also asked for my car to be washed and it wasn’t.

I just want my headliner installed correctly, like how I bring it in. We’ve been going back and forth since November. They say the parts are on back order and I also have to wait for loaner. I’ve had the vehicle less than a year and they’ve made it undesirable to drive. Everyday I’m reminded of the interior of my vehicle used to look.

It took a week to fix a warranty issue- this is one of at least 4 warranty issues I have had with this car. There was no communication (due to a staff illness but I didn’t know that was the case) until I checked in 5 days after I dropped it off. When I went to pick the car up, we waited for 25 minutes for one service worker. This was while the supervisor sat in her office.
