Classic obnoxious car dealer experience. We went in with expecting to pay the price we found on your website along with the advertised memorial day APR. Told our sales rep and the manager early on that this was our expectation. Eventually were told we could not get the internet price with the memorial day APR and that it was one or the other but this was very late in the process after they had already had us sign off on a number of papers - basically 3 hours in they wore us down as i'm sure they knew they would. we are interested in an ID4 in the near future but will probably try a different dealer to see if we can get a more straightforward experience.

Three days after purchasing the car, I got a check engine light. Now, I have to drop it off, which is a significant inconvenience by leaving my car at the dealership. Now I have no way to get to work.

Always great service. This is my 7th purchase from this establishment.

A parade of incompetence - difficult to schedule, absolutely no communication during service and no ability to reach my service advisor (does not reply to calls or texts), and provided a completely inaccurate service window (scheduled for a Saturday service and upon drop off was told they cannot do the work over the weekend despite intentionally scheduling for a one-day turn around as promised by my advisor). I had multiple advisors reaching out to me providing conflicting information about the status and timing for my vehicle, even contacting me within moments of each other with opposing statements (ready in a bit / ready now, for example). I contacted both the service manager and the dealership general manager. The service manage never replied to multiple communication attempts, including email and phone calls/voicemails. When I spoke with the general manager, he informed me the service department has a habit of over-promising and under-delivering, a completely baffling statement while offering no resolution. On the upside, he did call me back which I cannot say for others at this dealer. Speaking with him did nothing to solve or accelerate the solve for my car. When I picked up the car, there were scratches on my shift knob that were not there when I dropped off (a custom shift knob) and grease stains on my dashboard that were not there prior and I cannot fully remove. This is all for a 2024 Golf R that had 8k miles on it. I have bought several cars from this dealer over the last 20 years. This is my last visit, for service or a new vehicle. They should be embarrassed; if I acted like any of the multiple staff I interacted with at my job, I would be terminated.
