I am always pleased with my service. This visit included the purchase and mounting of four new tires. The service technician left off the two front tires valve caps. Now I need to stop into the dealer to obtain the two valve caps.

I had an 8:10am appointment. I arrived before that and let them know I needed to be out as soon as possible in order to pick up my child from a half day of school. This was a typical appt: change oil, check tires, etc. It typically takes 1.5 hours. After 2 hours I advised I needed to leave no later than 11 (this was said to the same person who did the intake and was advised I needed to be out quickly). 20 minutes later I was still waiting. I did not leave until 11:15. I have ONLY ever brought my vehicle into this location and have never waited so long. For previous appointments I had also been updated on status - not this time. I hope by the time I need to return things will have improved.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. No strings, no bait and switch, and no time wasting!!!! Rae was relatively new, but is an excellent communicator, and extremely helpful in all aspects of the car buying experience!!
