Most of the work I asked for was performed. However, one repair (stuck brakes) apparently could not be diagnosed, and a call was placed in to VWoA for advice. There hasn't been any follow through, and I can say the problem continues.

The service staff Jeremy Moses was so helpful to the me to find the answer. When I bought my vehicle in 2019, I paid extra for additional (Car Care Plan) 10 oil change, lube and tire rotation services without knowing there was a Time and Milage limits whichever comes first. Jeremy told me that according to his computer record, my #7 through #10 coupons had been expired in 2024. I paid $86+ for my oil change this time.

Jeremy was a big help from start to end. I always go to the Parkville location because I had a bad experience in 2018 when I was looking to purchase a Jetta. I ended up leaving the Catonsville location that evening and going to the Owings Mills location (now closed) & buying a Jetta. I’ve since made Parkville my go to… HOWEVER, Jeremy has changed my perspective about the Catonsville location. I will happily come back for service thanks to his service! Thanks so much!
