Heritage Volkswagen Catonsville uses outdated forms in the process of completing your purchase. The forms provided were outdated and did not provide a natural ground for the customer. They had never processed electronic banking, still using cashier's check methods (outdated).

I felt well treated by the staff - sales rep, finance manager, general manager. They were friendlier and more professional than the teams we have worked with in the past. They wanted to us to trade in our 2022 Tiguan but there was no pressure, and the GM made us a good deal.
