I prefer to have my vehicle serviced by the dealer since I purchased it new from them and its still under warranty. I did knock a star off because it seems like the standard wait time for me to have my oil changed is typically 2 hours. It doesn't matter what day or time of day I schedule it, its going to take 2 hours. I can change my oil in my driveway in less than 30 minutes, so it baffles me why it always takes this long when you have all the amazing lifts and equipment available.

I had an appointment for a 30k oil change at 730am. Service employee didn’t show up until 745 and it was estimated that the appointment would take 1.5 hours. The appointment took 3 hours and interfered with my work schedule that I allotted time for this appointment for.
