If you’re familiar with our Volkswagen dealership, then you know we’ve been selling new Volkswagen cars in MD for years. You also know that we maintain a generous inventory of pre-owned VW vehicles that are as reliable as they are nice looking and feature-rich.

Whether you drive a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta, a 2019 Volkswagen Beetle, or an older automobile, you’ll still face a different set of circumstances when it comes to driving during the winter around here. That is, driving will be different if we have a typical winter in the Baltimore area.

Having been Baltimore, MD Volkswagen dealers for years, a countless number of motorists have asked us how they can keep their vehicles in good condition and make them last as long as possible. While you may not think much about them, your car’s essential fluids impact your vehicle in just about every way possible.

It’s hard to believe that August is coming to an end, isn’t it? While it may seem like you were just celebrating Memorial Day or the Fourth of July, the truth is that summer will be over in a few weeks and August will be in your rearview mirror. Even though August is coming to an end, it’s not too late to schedule a brake inspection in our Volkswagen service center.

Whether you drive a 2017 VW Golf or a Volkswagen model that’s newer or older, it’s vital for you to keep up with the routine maintenance your automobile needs. Keeping up with your routine maintenance is the most effective thing you can do to ensure your vehicle operates the way it’s supposed to.

Just like you winterize your vehicle to prep it for colder temperatures and inclement weather at the end of the fall, you should take steps to prepare your automobile for summer. Summerizing, as the process is sometimes called, is necessary regardless of whether you drive one of our used Volkswagen cars or a brand-new vehicle like a 2018 Volkswagen Jetta.

Whether you drive a 2018 Volkswagen Golf or an older vehicle, it’s important for you to give your car’s battery the attention it deserves. Because your battery is what starts your vehicle and keeps it running, it should be a no brainer that your battery warrants a considerable amount of attention.

If keeping up with the routine maintenance your car needs was one of your resolutions for 2018 and you’re already behind, there’s no reason to worry. As your Baltimore, MD VW dealer, we strongly encourage to simply reaffirm your commitment to vehicle maintenance instead of panicking about being a bit behind.
